An Exquisite Carmarthenshire Cottage Stay

A two-storey barn and on the ground floor you will find open plan living with a fully tiled floor with underfloor heating.  There is a sofa, chair and chaise in the lounge with lots of comfy cushions and a wood burner for cosy Winter evenings.  A smart TV, Playstation 3 and full wifi await your stay.  There is also a range of games, books and leaflets showing the surrounding activities.

Double patio doors lead from the lounge to the deck area where you will find a BBQ and outdoor seating with steps leading to the private garden and orchard. BBQ charcoal is available to buy.

The dining area has a table and four chairs with easy access to the kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher.  We have dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and coffee pods available together with complimentary welcome pack including jams, biscuits and Welsh Cakes.  A washing machine is available in the laundry next to the barn where a further freezer is available for use of the barn guests.

There is a ground floor fully tiled shower room with walk in shower, toilet, basin with mirror over and heated towel rail.  A bathroom unit contains the first aid kit, spare toilet rolls, shower gels and shampoo.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms one with king-size bed, dressing table, hanging clothing rails, large chest of drawers, comfy reading chair and double aspect Velux windows.  The second bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and again double aspect Velux windows.  Between the two bedrooms you will find a fully tiled toilet with hand basin.
